These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://bigdaycard.com/ and our Service. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ or have parental consent. You represent that your use complies with laws.

2. Account and Usage

• No account required, but Email, IP and Device ID are tracked for limits.
• Uploads must not infringe rights or contain illegal content.
• We may terminate access for violations.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain rights to uploads but grant us a license to process.
• Our Content: Invitations are AI-generated; you get non-exclusive use after payment.
• Prohibited: Reverse engineering, copying our Site.

4. Payments

• Via our supported payment processors. Refunds per our policy (e.g., no refunds after download).
• Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to report any issues with downloads or image generations. After this period, all related information and files will be automatically deleted as per our data cleanup policy (see Section 5). No refunds will be issued upon successful download or after the 24-hour reporting window has expired.
• Pricing: As displayed.

5. Limitations

• Free: Up to 5 generations (watermarked previews).
• Paid: Full access without watermarks.
• Data Cleanup: Files deleted after 24 hours.

6. Disclaimers

• Service “as is.” No warranties.
• Not liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

EU law. Cyprus courts for disputes.

8. Changes

We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
